I called Joe after trying to research an all inclusive vacation myself for my wife’s 40th birthday and getting overwhelmed with the number of choices and scenarios needed from finding the right location, booking the right room to booking the airfare as well. Joe was able to research many different choices that met our specifications in order to find the perfect spot we were looking for. Once we had picked the destination he booked everything for us and also booked five other couples as well. Room, airfare, transportation to hotel were all taken care of as well as some extra amenities when we arrive. Joe made an overwhelming situation easy and provided terrific customer service in the process. The other couples that booked with us all said the same thing.
